Sales
MEDDIC fails when the scorecard stays empty. Speak each letter while the deal is fresh — text lands in the checklist field. Free to start.

What is MEDDIC? A sales qualification framework built to stop soft deals from clogging the pipeline. What does MEDDIC stand for? Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion.
MEDDIC sales methodology works when every letter has a real answer — not a hope. The framework itself is not the bottleneck. Empty fields are.
How to use MEDDIC in practice: ask better questions on the call, then write the answers into a MEDDIC checklist, scorecard, or template before the next meeting starts. Speaking fills those fields faster than typing from memory an hour later.
Metrics: the numbers the buyer cares about — cost, time, risk, revenue. Dictate the MEDDIC metrics you heard: "They need to cut onboarding from 14 days to 5." Vague praise is not a metric.
Economic Buyer: the person who can spend. Economic buyer MEDDIC notes should name a human, not a title alone. Say who they are, how you know, and what still blocks access.
Decision Criteria: how they will choose a vendor. Speak the criteria they listed — price, security, integration, support — and which ones they ranked highest.
Decision Process: the steps and owners between now and a signature. Dictate stages, committees, and dates so the MEDDIC qualification stays honest.
Identify Pain: the problem that makes change urgent. Say the pain in their words, plus what happens if they do nothing.
Champion: the insider who sells for you when you are not in the room. MEDDIC champion notes should include why they care and how strong their influence is — not just a friendly contact.
MEDDIC vs MEDDPIC is mostly one letter: Paper Process. MEDDPIC keeps the same core, then adds procurement, legal, security review, and paperwork timing.
If your deals die in redlines or security questionnaires, use a MEDDPIC scorecard. Dictate the paper path the same way you dictate Champion — while the buyer still explained it clearly.
Either framework fails the same way: the call was good, the fields stayed blank. Voice typing closes that gap without changing your methodology.
Open your MEDDIC template, scorecard, or CRM qualification section. Put the cursor on Metrics. Talk for sixty seconds about what you learned. Move to Economic Buyer. Repeat.
Speaking runs at around 220 words per minute, typing at around 45. A full MEDDIC pass often fits in a few spoken minutes — before the next call wipes the details.
Already have a messy debrief paragraph? Select it and ask by voice: turn this into a MEDDIC checklist, or split into six labeled bullets. You bring the deal knowledge; Voiskey turns the spoken edit into text at your cursor.
MEDDIC questions you still cannot answer become the agenda for the next meeting. Speak those gaps into the same note so the team sees what is missing.

The KPI, cost, or time number they said out loud — captured before it turns into "they care about efficiency."

Name, role, access plan, and what they need to hear next.

How they choose, who signs off, and the real sequence — spoken into two checklist rows.

Their words for the problem, plus who will fight for you internally.

Legal, security, procurement — the path that stalls deals if it stays unwritten.

Slack or email to your manager: MEDDIC gaps, risk, and the next ask.
Voiskey works anywhere you can type — Salesforce and HubSpot fields, Google Docs, Notion, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and browser text boxes. Your MEDDIC template stays where it already lives.
Add product names, competitor spellings, and buyer names to your vocabulary once. They sync across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android so the same terms come out right on every device.

Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion. MEDDPIC adds Paper Process (procurement, legal, security) between Identify Pain and Champion.
Open your MEDDIC template or CRM fields, put the cursor in the first blank, and speak what you learned on the call — one letter at a time. Edit after the dump exists on screen.
Yes. Speak a rough deal debrief, select the paragraph, then ask by voice: map this to MEDDIC bullets, or fill Metrics / Pain / Champion only. Ask AI works on the text you select.
No. Voiskey is a writing tool. It helps you capture MEDDIC answers faster; it does not teach your team how to run the methodology.
